Summary of Defect:

For completeness purpose, chapter 6 should include requirements on dialogue service security parameters, the same way it was done for CM and CPDLC. This PDR proposes to align the FIS, ADS and ARF SARPs chapter 6 with CM and CPDLC SARPs chapter 6.

ADS-1/ Add the following section:

2.2.1.6.2.3	ATN Security Requirements

<Note.-  ADS version 1 does not use this parameter.>
 
2.2.1.6.2.3.1 For ADS version 2, the Security Requirements parameter of the D-START shall be set to either "Secured exchange" or "No security" for the ADS-demand-contract, ADS-event-contract and ADS-periodic-contract services.

ARF-1/ Add the following section

2.2.2.6.2.3 ATN Security Requirements

<Note.-  ARF version 1 does not use this parameter.>
 
2.2.2.6.2.3.1 For ARF version 2, the Security Requirements parameter of the D-START shall be set to either "Secured exchange" or "No security" for the ADS-start-forward service.

<Note.- If an ARF version 2 ASE is emulating an ARF version 1 ASE, the Security Requirements parameter will not be provided.>

2.4.6.2.3	ATN Security Requirements

2.4.6.2.3.1 For DFIS version 2, the Security Requirements parameter of the D-START request shall be set to the abstract value of either "secured exchange" or "no security" for the FIS-demand-contract and FIS-update-contract services.
